We’ll connect via Etsy messages. (If you need email, feel free to ask me) Please send clear photos (ideally full-body) of each person or pet. Want different outfits? No problem—just share reference images!
3. Design Preview:
I’ll create a design sketch based on your photos and offer one round of free revision.
4. Handmade with Love:
Once the design is confirmed, I’ll start sculpting your unique piece by hand.
5. Ready to Ship:
You'll receive a final photo before shipping. All figurines are beautifully and securely packaged—perfect for gifting straight from the box!

⚠️ Caution / Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation within 12 Hours
* A full refund will be issued if the order is canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
* Please note: this does not apply to expedited orders.
2. Order Cancellation after 12 Hours
* Since all our products are fully customized, we cannot resell them.
* If canceled after 12 hours, 50% of the total order value will be charged to cover materials and labor costs.
3. Damaged Items
* We purchase freight insurance for every order.
* If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.
* Claims made later than 24 hours cannot be covered by the shipping company, and we will not be able to recreate the item free of charge.
