Each revision request may add 1โ2 days to production.

1. Order Cancellation within 12 Hours
* A full refund will be issued if the order is canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
* Please note: this does not apply to expedited orders.

* Since all our products are fully customized, we cannot resell them.
* If canceled after 12 hours, 50% of the total order value will be charged to cover materials and labor costs.
3. Damaged Items
* We purchase freight insurance for every order.
* If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.
* Claims made later than 24 hours cannot be covered by the shipping company, and we will not be able to recreate the item free of charge.
